If you mean that the letters on the page seem to be 'moving' (or jumping about) that is one of the signs of dyslexia. Perhaps you should see a specialist who can help with that.
My daughter also reported that, when she tried to read, the letters seemed to jump about and we took her to see an optician. He had happened to be reading about some research in Germany where dyslexic patients had shown significant improvement when they were given pages printed on different coloured paper, used tinted glasses or even used sheets of tinted plastic which they laid over the page. Different colours seem to work better with different people but my daughter found that pale blue worked best for her.

I don't think that reading books is boring at all. Vise versa, they are interesting and gives a wondrful moments. Specially when you read books you like.

I don't think reading books is boring, but I admit, if you don't like the subject it can make it harder to read.
Try to set goals for yourself. If you read a certain amount of pages, you get to take a small break and watch television or something like that. Rewards for keeping goals like this can help you get things done faster and in a more comfortable way.
Having said that, I never had to read Anne Frank's diary for school. I wonder why?

Yes I love reading books especially novels of Sidney Sheldon and John Grisham. I have the interest of reading those books because it is my hobby it makes me improve my imagination and vocabulary.
It is really boring if you don't want to read what you are reading. Just have focus and put yourself on the shoes of Anne Frank.. why she wrote the diary, and what is the purpose of the diary and who is Anne Frank?. Better start reading now :)
