You have to spend money to make money?

I have been online for a long time and notices that you have to spend a little money to make money online. If you don't you can probably make couple dollars every month. I am not saying spend thousands of dollars but up to 100 dollars is a safe way to try a product out and make money. What do you think let me know please.

Investing boosts your earnings a lot but you have to be sure the site is legit. It could go scam anytime. I invest on onbux and have made about 200 dollars from them already.

I am also interested in spending a little money but I came to know that many sites work with Alert Pay only so I can not spend the money because I don't use that.
I want to have the advises also, please share your views if you have any. I want to spend using the PayPal and I want to start with small amount of $5.
If anyone know about such investments then Please give your ideas here.

spend money on internet can boost our income but we dont know about the site in which we spend, is that site is legit or scam, if it becomes scam after sometime, our money will lose, so it needs to be very careful to spend any money to the site, until we are not sure about the site.
