What do you do to relax and does it actually work?

Recently, I have been thinking how I spend my time. A lot of it goes to taking care of my two boys. When I do have free time, I find that I tend to go on the computer, sometimes it seems like it is more wasting time than actually relaxing. I enjoy the computer, but was wondering about some other ideas about relaxing and recharging, especially with a limited amount of free time.

Hi, RULizzie
When I was in the province my way to relax is tending the garden. I love flowering plants and seeing the blooms and the greens makes me feel relaxed and ebergized. As a matter of fact, it wasn't just me but also my father who works too hard. When he feels tired and stressed he jusy go out to the garden and stayed there for awhile, he even drink his cup of coffee there.
Now that I'm living in the city in the third floor of an apartment building, the only means for my relaxation is to read magazines. It makes me forget about stressful things.

Greetings!
To relax myself, I used to sit or to got to bed and sleep for a while. I also eat my favorite food with a relaxing song as background to relax myself.

I like to practice yoga and meditation. These are very good, beneficial ways to relax and say healthy mentally, emotionally and physically. I also really enjoy writing, especially poetry. Another really good way of relaxing and relieving stress is by taking a walk or hiking. I really enjoy that.
