why motivation needed everytime

I think most of them needed strong motivation every time before doing any important thing or general one and i have observed that many of them not shown much interest in the work,education,in life and many things so i think it is a physiological feeling for everyone.

Hello my friend Dasari100 Ji,
I think 'Motivation; step plays an important roll in everyone's life. As an pold teacher, I remmeber I have first thing to motivate my class before I start teaching actual subject. But mot5rivation should be correctly spelled, it should not be boring to audiancee.

Hello my friend Dasari100 Ji,
So nice of you for judging me from teacher's angel. You are very right, I was a teacher before my marriage for seven yrs at Intermediate college and my hubby has been bvery successful Instructor for training at AF Insitutes. We both feel motivation is an important factor to reach the goal. At times we listen that is job is com[pleted in time, some reward will be given.It is a an example of motivation. Happy new Year. Even i used to work in intermediate college but now working for Management students and It's really pleasure to give service to the students.
