Yes I do smoke and taking it up when I was young would have to be one of the most stupid things I have ever done. Alas I cannot use the tablets or the patches to help me quit, so I am reducing slowly and hope to be a non-smoker shortly.

I do . . .I'm in the process of quitting . . . so far, I've only had 2 smokes today . . . I hadone at about 1030am and one about 5 minutes ago & it's 546pm!!! I'd say I'm doin good!

do not, don't like to preach but filthy disgusting habbit that costs the nation millions of pounds in health care, but people who smoke say the tax the govt earn pay for that so up for debate.
