Apparently not, according to a social-networking site that runs a streaming-program from it.
Or am I unable to see a 'video-post' on the social-networking site because of the site's OWN programming inefficiency?

I will take a wild guess and say it is the site's programming issues as it is my understanding that youtube is a 24/7 operating site.
I know there have been times I was up at all hours of the night and have gone over to youtube with no interruptions.
