Bravery at work

What is the bravest thing at work you have ever done or wish to do? Sometimes, I do hope a day will come when I have the guts to walk up to the boss and say "that's it, i am going to become my own boss! I am going to earn enough on my own online". I wonder if such a day will come, but reading so many post people shared that if working online mean PTC, social website like this, maybe it is going to be just a big dream . What about you? What have you done bravely or hope to do?

The bravest thing at work i want to do is, to tell straight to those who are bossy, egoistic and think they are better than others to "f" off and to kiss my butt!

I too have high dreams and am hopeful one day not to have to pay bills and simply travel and fun. 
for now it remains a hopeful dream as the bills keep coming and well we must continue to work and make it happen.
