My PayPal Email confirmation keeps showing up Blank

When I go to my Payment Preferences and it has the space for PayPal Email confirmation, every time I fill it in, it keeps showing up blank the next time I look at it. What's wrong and how do I fix it?

That is how it should be.
One has your email in it and the other diappears.

Just one of those little weirdnesses. You see it in many other sites where, for example, you can change your password.
