So if you've seen the news today, you may have seen that the Mega Millions lottery is over $355 million!
My mom texted me with this news this morning, and while I was out I did buy myself a ticket. My state has these cool new lottery vending machines that are pretty fun to use! They scan your driver's license to verify that you're over 18. Then you put in your money and can either press a button for scratch off tickets, or touch a touch screen to get a quick pick Mega Millions ticket, Powerball ticket, or one of the state lotto games ticket. Then it prints out your ticket and you're set! You can even scan a previous ticket to see if it's a winner! Haha, I might be easily amused, but I think they're fun to use!
Does your state have lotto machines like that? Also, do you play the lottery? If you live in a Mega Millions state, do you have a ticket for the $355 million drawing tonight?

I am a lotto fanatic but we do not have a super high tech lotto machines as what you have stated. I am pushing my luck in a lottery almost everyday. I do not want to make it happen again that my 6 combination numbers won long time ago 2007 but sad to say I didn't bet. That is why I keep on betting everyday we don't know it might be one of us becomes a multi-millionaire someday. Goodluck, keep on betting.

My parents are the same way! They ALWAYS play the lotto! This is actually the first time I've ever purchased a ticket for the drawing! When I turned 18 I bought myself a scratcher ticket. And for holidays and birthdays I usually give out scratcher tickets as gifts. But that's about it.
Though when I was really little, my parents used to let me pick the numbers when they played the lotto. And one time the numbers I chose won $5! And my parents let me have the money. I thought it was the coolest thing ever!

Yep, We have tickets for that jackpot tonight too. Wow! Life would certainly change if we won that. I honestly don't know what we would do with all that money. I think we would get away for a little while though until the hype calmed down, maybe hire a private tutor for the kids to travel with us and just take off somewhere. Perhaps Europe. It is certainly fun to imagine what we would do with that kind of money.

Haha, I'm so boring!! I'd want to invest the money and live off the interest! And I'd just want to be able to never have to work ever again! That way I could use my time to volunteer for causes that are important to me, and pursue hobbies I've always been interested in.

I didn't buy a ticket for that drawing, but I know so many people were. Here in Michigan, we have lottery machines, too. I have never bought anything but scratch off tickets, though. Our machines, to my knowledge atleast, don't make you swipe your driver's license...but maybe ours make you scan it for non-scratch ones (like I said I never have bought those, so I'm not sure). I love the machines, too. It was weird when I fist saw them a few years ago, cause I wasn't aware that they were going to be releasing them.

Here there are a lot of lottery machines.People go after them like a flock of ducks.I never try my luck at them because I think it is a fraudulent practice.
