if you miss he or she very much when you alone ?

when i miss everyone , i always see his or her QQ, MSN ,Qzone and photo even other related information. i want to know whether he is ok or not good .sometimes i can't help to see although i do my best to control it . Maybe this is called miss .how should i forget he and anything matter about his ? i aslo try many manner such as reading book ,watching TV ,playing with my colleague ,but i still miss he in special place . it is very upset and sadness for me .
