Broke!

i so know what you mean! my hubby was off work for 9 months and now he is making less than he did with his previous job. as for Christmas, i look around all year and buy at sales plus i make a lot of my gifts, it does save a lot of money.

I'm always broke in January, I stopped pretending this is ever going to change. I also gain a little weight over the holidays, and I'm no longer worried about that, either - that's how it's always going to be. As long as I had fun over the holidays, it's ok with me. Now I just have to get to work and fill up my bank account back to normal, and I have to go to the gym and get my weight back to normal. By February I should be back on track, I hope.

It's the same with me. We always want to have the best things for christmas and new year and with all the bonuses during the holidays it feels like we're so blessed that we want to give tokens and some cash to our family and godchildren. Small things that I failed to monitor and at the end of the celebrations, alas we haven't got that much left. Broke again!
