lots of water! right now I am also losing weight. 5 pounds! yay! I hope you are doing well also! also try zumba, lots of exercises on youtube you can follow. Also try pilates. I did pilates after I had my first child and my butt and thighs never looked so good. you will definately feel every muscle in your body! just make sure to keep mixing it up and don't do the same exercises everyday. You're muscles remember what goes on and you need to change it up and confuse them.
I also want to suggest, if you're a woman, to join cafemom. you don't have to be a mom, but you do have to be a woman to join. there is a group called healthy weight loss, and it's been great! You can get lots of support there, write a weight loss journal, and they give you daily challenges to challenge your body. It's a great way to join other women who are trying to shed the holiday pounds.

If you are under 35, staircase jogging/ exercises is the quickest way to loose weight.
Avoiding sugar is another great way to loose 3-5 pounds in 60 days.
The safest way will be to do some breathing exercises such as " pranayama yoga" there are many you tube videos that explain the technique of this breathing exercise.
