I wish to do that too but the only way I know to have your alertpay funds transferred to your paypla is to have someone you trust to exchange it with.

There is no exchanger that transfers alertpay money to paypal.You should find someone who can send you money to your paypal,but its very risky,now a days you cannot trust anyone on internet,unless you know that person from long time.By the way if you want to transfer small amount then i may help you.Just let me know how much amount you want to transfer.
