your habit was very influential on your health, even if you're already accustomed. you more susceptible to disease. I experienced it often because I also had the same habit.

My sister is a night person. She is fully awake throughout the night and sleeps around 4am and she'll sleep the whole day and only wakes up at 2pm or sometimes at 7pm. Meaning to say she is over sleeping by 2 - 5 hours everyday which I think is really abnormal for any human being. I don't really know what will happen to her health in the long run.

Your circadian rhythm will be affected at first but when you get used to it I don't think it will hurt you at all.

its okay your body clock will adjust you will eventually get used to it. its ok if you dont sleep at night as long as you get enough sleep during daytime. thats what usually happens on people working during graveyard shifts.

I think it is important to take a good sleep and the timing should be at least 8 hours for an adult. People believe that as we grow old the demand for the sleep is less. I think it will not harm you anyway if you sleep in daytime. I will have the same schedule from today because I have to work in the night shift now.
I will take rest in day time. What the important thing is that you should have a good posture of sleep. I think sleeping on your right side is the best posture to sleep, never sleep on left side because it will pressure your sensitive body organs.

It probably will after some time. Unless you are very healthy. And be sure you are having proper nutrients and exercise.
