Ladies, your baby oil tips please

Ladies, I am in need of baby oil advice and showering, my skin has gotten unusually dry even using lotions and moisturizing bodywashes. I was told to try baby oil in the shower, do you apply it all over after washing, then rinse like you do with the Olay in shower lotion, then dry off? That is how I am doing it, does not seem to be working.

I do not use the baby oil as I find it too greasy bu I can certainly tell you that when you use lotion to take a dab of Vaseline and rub it together with the lotion then apply it and rub it all over and you will find that your skin will be really smooth especially the heals.
Do this each time you apply body lotion and believe me how well it smooth-ens the skin and feels really silky.
