Hello friends, lately i learned that one of our university in Bulgaria added education with line "Spa Culture". I was really interested to know what is this and how i can educate myself a bit, because i think that nowadays people really need that knowledge because of the stressful life we live. I started to read right now how we can use the natural products, like water, a way much useful than we use it just for drinking. Swimming is a sport, relaxing in water something much different. In the line of products, there is aroma therapy too, because different smells can make us feel better, like the smell of jasmine is making us less nerve. Colors can effect our nerve too - green is calming our eyes, white is the color of the health, red color is stimulating our physical and mental activity, orange is the color of the energy, pink is the color of the love and the happiness, yellow is the color of the joy, blue is effecting blood pressure and pulse. That Spa culture sounds very interesting for me, because i can use the atmosphere around me to make myself more calm.

I think a great many of us suffer from high volumes of stress so "Spa Culture" certainly sounds like something that would be relaxing. Water certainly can flush out bad oxidants that bloat us and make us irritable. The aroma therapies I believe can help some as I would not be able to take the different scents as I am a very high orifice type person. The colors I can comprehend as I am one who suffers a great many headches and certainly colors can be too brightening that it can trigger bad sensations thus causing my headaches to get worst.

Thanks for sharing Hard Working, i'm thinking to do some of these to see if they work, because going in Spa center here can be very very expensive - with middle salary of 250$ and price for a day in Spa Center is something lie 50$, but if i can do something for myself at home, that would be good. Headaches are awful, when i have that by myself, i eat fresh fruits as oranges or something juicy to feel little better and drink herbal tea. I take pills only if nothing else helps, but i know that pills are not the best way, because they help for one, but make bad for other.

A simple massage here for one hour session of like a massage can be like $150 dollars. It is quite expensive here, so not something I could afford anytime soon.

from all you have said it sounds like an interesting subject I love woodsy clean perfumes and blues , purples and reds,' I loathe the colors orange and deep yellow as both make me feel ill and stressed out . I love roses, a nd lilacs and purples a nd all shades of blue and jade green. Color therapy, aroma therapy all can either help us unstress or send us into a depression. The odor of Chanel 5 makes me ill but night blooming jasmine and real Lilacs make me feel so weall and happy. Spa Culture does sound really enticing.

If this is something you could get educated about, and maybe later on get a job with, then maybe it is worthwhile to learn. As you said, nowadays people are living stressful lives. So if there was a 'spa culture' to remedy this, then it could become profitable. And maybe something you could make a career out of Goodluck!

I'm thinking because it's something modern here and i can see that girls around are really interested not only in the way they look, but in ways to relax too. Usually they find some rich guy to pay for their nice life and use all the possibilities they have.

Hello,S. I have the same idea that Spa Culture is worth learning, too.Modern life is indeed be full of too much pressure.People need a way to relax. There is no doubt that Spa or Massage is a good choice.I believed you can learn a lot about Spa Culture from online. But I also think you'd better learn something from the experenced people at the same time.I believed that some knowledge can not be learned from online.
