summer holidays in desenzano italy

Hi friends have you been in Italy for summer holidays,i was there in last year in place called Desenzano,its such a beautiful place for tourist beside a lake,is any one went there if yes how does he found that place for holidays.....

When my oldest son was 5 years old we went on a trip to the island of Sardinia. We took a flight there from London. We stayed at a pleasant little guest house. I liked seeing the old buildings and the beautiful beach. Yes, Italy is a lovely place for go in the summer holidays. I also recommend the countries of Slovenia and Croatia and these are a bit cheaper than Italy.

Well i never been in Croatia and Slovenia but i heard these countries are very cheap comparing to Italy,Spain or Greece and i hope i would go there when ever i get chance but i do not know if they have any lovely beaches or any nice places to go there......

I myself have never been to Italy but my husband is working on a book so I am sure we will be "forced" into traveling there in the near future. Can you tell us what there is to do in Desenzano besides for the lake as many cities have those, what make sit unique and what about the food?

Hi Desenzano is about 250km away from the famous city of Milan,and that place is perfect for sun holidays because of lake that is main tourist attraction,and there is very good restaurants where you can get very tasty Italian pizzas and if you like you can get any other Italian food is well,i hope you would like if you go there.......
