Can cell phones decide a human character?

I think cell phone may be helpful and there are many other patterns looking at we can find about the character of the person. Few days back a girl in the office commented a male employee based on the water bottle he uses. I do not see that logical but people do that many times and it comes true. Thank You for sharing.

I don't think cell phones decide our characters but rather, our characters will decide how we use cell phone. Like somebody suggested above, people who naturally talks loud will still continue to talk loud on the phone.

i think that if they designed a software like that it would be interesting but it would always a machine so rules would be in amny cases stereotypes and not real and in amny cases not really true for all users...

People living in mountainous regions and are used to shouting across valleys will always shout, with or without a cell phone. Witness the Greeks!

I think replying to a text message is one basic of how cellphone using can detect human character. Messages are sent and need to be replied. Isn't it rude to ignore one just because one felt it isn't worth replying? Oh, I'm talking about real messages and not scam!
