Tel sell scamers or aren't they?

We all know tel sell with their cheap commercials with hugs and chicks in them.
Most of them try to convince you of their product. By showing you skinny ladies and men with a 6 pack. But do their products really work?
THey look so convincing. What is your opinion on this?
