Well, besides having a type of Flu about a week and a half ago that only lasted about 24 hrs. I have been feeling pretty good. Even with all of the colds going around, etc. I have managed to not get them. But I do know a lot of people this yr. who have been sick quite a bit and like I said knowing I have avoided getting anything makes me really happy for sure.

Hi crip; as it turns out, I just got back into town after being away for the Holidays.
I reside in a big commercial building with lots of people. First of all, My Mom is sick. She says that she has laryngitis but now is saying that she has the flu, that last night she woke with a terribly bad sore throat :0.
My neighbor informed me that he had to go get a penicillin shot as he and his Dad caught the flu over the Holidays and was going into his lungs ..
Next my friend, with who we walk our dogs together is very sick. I was in touch with her over the Holidays and it started with her feeling the pits and sleeping for an unusual amount of hours. Hot and cold. Starting to feel better but then feeling worse again. Just yesterday she said she was feeling really terrible and was time to go to the doctor.
So I guess many are not well at this time. 'Tis the season.
I sure hope that I don't get the flu. Eeeks. I do not get vaccinations either and don't plan to so is important to keep well, healthy and exercise.
I hope that you are feeling better soon too.
Stay warm, drink plenty of fluids and sleep. Sleep is the best thing when you are not feeling well.

Yup. I'm sick too and just been admitted into the hospital and will be here for a few days. I have a bladder infection and a severe kidney infection. My temperature got as high as 104.6 but hopefully now I'm on the mend....
