I work as a salesgirl. Name's Jenny(Jennifer Gupta) and I'm 25 year old, from delhi. In summers it get really hot and humid, and since I have to move around from door to door, by the end of the day i get drenched in sweat. My shirt is soaked with sweat, my hiar is all sticky, and my armpits are soaked with sweat and dripping. DO YOU???

It doesn't get so humid where I live and it's mostly always dry. But when I visited Japan many years ago in the summer, I was sweating so much! My back pack I had on me changed colors because of my sweat and it was so wet and gross! I do not enjoy it at all!

Hey, that happens to me too. No matter how hard I wash my shirt...neither the smell, nor the "patches" from the armpit and collar areas can be removed

When i'm in my country I don't like to sweat due to humidity, it's sticky on the skin but it can not be avoided so deodorant is a must to control the sweat in the armpit and twice a day bath is a must to feel comfortable. During winter, i don't sweat but i don't feel good, i feel weak as if my muscles are sore. Same case when I am in cold countries I feel sick when I don't sweat need to have steam bath. Now i am doing an office work and airconditioning prevents sweating, it is so difficult. Almost 24 hours a day I'm in an airconditioned room even at home. Sweating is a need for my body as it is one way of eliminating the toxins of my body.

yeah...sweat plays a vital role in our lives...besides cleansing our body of toxins and wastes, i thin it also functions as a wake-upper, if u know what i mean.
