Hi friends, I recently read a book which is weekly published in my city.When I read it I was shocked that "MEDITATION" has cured some cancer patients.Most of the dangerous cancers have been cured by "MEDITATION" techniques.It also serves as a natural medicine for many diseases."MEDITATION" cures most diseases caused in our body.It mainly reliefs us from mental stress and tensions.Even nowadays small children gets stress due to lots of homework and tests.So kids can also meditate which will make them feel fresh and also active in doing their studies.Office goers and business men would normally mediate for their relief from the markets. "MEDITATION" can be done daily.15 minutes is enough for meditating. So friends what do you think about the natural medicine,MEDITATION.Are you going to meditate or think that it is a superstitious belief? What are your views about "MEDITATION"?

Meditation is the best step one should take towards health. I was doing Yoga sometime back and discontinued because of time crunch. I am hoping to start that back in feb after joining new company. Thank You for sharing.

Hi Ajay, You are right,my friend."MEDITATION" helps to improve our health.It can cure many diseases.We can get treatment from the diseases without spending any money.Now it has been bringing some effects on Cancer patients.The scientists are carrying researches and they would soon prove that "MEDITATION" could cure Cancer.Nowadays most people won't get enough time for doing "MEDITATION".They would have lots of works and it will be difficult for them to arrange time for meditating.You must have also experiencing the same problem.Hope you would soon start "MEDITATION" and make your life a healthy one. yes, I have started Yoga from today morning, as it was first day after so long so I did it only for 20 minutes. Will increase the time gradualy. Thank You for sharing.

I am happy that you have started "MEDITATION".I think 20 minutes is enough for meditating.But you should spend your whole time in meditating.After finishing all your office works before going to sleep or after you sleep you can start meditating.You could feel relaxed.Have a great life

I love meditation. I meditate every day. It is wonderful that people are finally beginning to realize its many benefits. "Mind over matter". The mind is a very powerful thing. :)
