at this moment it would be cancer. My Aunt passed away at the age of 55 with a rare cancer this past March. She lived 8 months after being diagnosed. Now my Uncle her husband has just been diagnosed with the same cancer this past week. How do you live knowing you are going to die in a few months? He will have surgery tomorrow to remove his kidney and hope it is all gone for now. He will have to live knowing at any time it will come back. Not only is there no cure for it there is no medicine except trial to prolong his life. My family prays for a cure soon. There are many diseases I would want to cure if I could. Cancer is my first choice for now. Do you blame me for being selfish?

One interesting thing is that you can avoid most diseases by eating the right way, which means feeding your cells with the right nutrients.
I am using great food supplements from gnld.com and I think the scientific advisory board there have found a lot of great food supplements to prevent people from getting sick.
So thanks to their research I hope to avoid cancer, diabetes, most virus diseases and bacteria infections. It is really possible to rise your immunity and very important these days with all these super dangerous diseases around us.

there are so many diseases in the world that need eradicating...
you can use the standpoint of diseased ethics or feelings as some have....id say discrimination and abuse for those
as for medical diseases....id definately say cancer as more and more are suffering some form of it and not all survive...(i believe it has a lot to do with our environment)
id like all disease to be wiped out but it is still ultimately natures way of keeping balance....

If I had to choose just one it would be cancer. With AIDS right behind it.

Cancer, Diabetes and Aids. These are all important issues with no Cure, and giving people no choice but to want to give up on life. I am tired of the Blame game and such. No sometimes it may be Genetics, and life without nothing really anyone could have done to prevent these.

Since we have several diseases in our family, I hope for a cute for Muscular Dystrophy, Diabetes and Cancer. I hope to live long enough to see many diseases wiped out with cures, but I'm not holding my breath.

If I could only choose one... I'd choose cancer. I've lost quite a few family members already to it, its a horrible disease:\
However, it would be great if we could annihilate AIDs and other diseases as well :D

Polio. It's sad to see the kids with polio. They cant even walk properly. It's a sad fact since children are our future. Nowaday WHO and government can provide give vaksin (sorry, i forgot how to spell that word) but not the cure yet. I think it'll be a beautiful story if kids can be cured from polio.

MS because I have it. Call that selfish, but I'd cure it flat out. With many types of cancer, it is treatable and doesn't come back if caught early enough. Early detection being the key. But with MS, well, you just take shots and hope and pray.

I would have a hard time deciding , truly. Cancer would be one of my top choices, followed by heart disease and obesity.

why do u need a new desease to wipeout us? wasnt that tsunami from 2 years ago enough?? wasnt those 2 world wars enough?? wasnt holocaust enough? Are not natural disaster enough? Katrina and Rita huricans can wipe us all within seconds. Human life is short enough, why would new desease make us live shorter lifes? We have plenty of other reasons to be affraid from: terorists, wars, nuclear bombs, earthquakes, tsunami, plane crashes, car accident, murderers, floods, etc. you name it.
