Philippines, who can tell me about the cuisine? I've heard that it's good!

A woman told me that in the Philippines there are some very tasty seafood dishes. I want someone to tell me about how to cook those tasty seafood dishes. I am a novice cook, but I am willing to learn from someone who knows what they are talking about.

hi! me glad to hear that you are interested with one of our country's trademark foods.
i think the most common type of cooking a seafood here in the Philippines is by grilling a fish. the best fish to grill is the one we call TILAPIA. i will not spoil on how do they taste, so you have to try it as soon as you get a tilapia and a grill set. enjoy!
