What are some ways to help with the common discomforts such as back pains, headaches, migraines, and yes......Urinary tract infections?

In pregnancy it is great to eat a healthy diet. I liked to do exercise like walking and swimming. I had back pain and massage can help with that. When sitting down having a soft pillow behind your back. I think that it is superb to drink lots of water and get fresh air when a headache comes along. For a migraine I think it is best to lay down in a dark room on a bed with a wet cloth over the eyes. For urinary tract infection is is wise to drink cranberry juice. During pregnancy it is important to see the midwife for appointments.

Hello there! I am also three weeks pregnant now, and im glad because I never experience headache, migraine and back pains. My doctor requested me to have my urine tested yesterday and im glad that the result was okay.
I think some form of exercise intended for pregnant women could greatly help you to resolved those pregnancy discomforts that you mentioned or at least lighten up what you feel because I do really understand you for that. Me as well felt so much tiredness, laziness, too much dizziness and frequent vomiting that I im frightened to eat because I knew I would vomit again after I eat.
But we have to go on, we have to eat healthy, drink lots of water and fruit juices, sleep well and stay in the best shape because one life depends on us. Try to seek help from your doctor, you will get the best care and advice from him/her. Have a safe pregnancy!
