What happened in Boracay, Philippines

Here's a catch of "couples doing in love.. walks in the beach and stuff" thing that I just recently read in Yahoo News Philippines. Authorities say that they'll be making Boracay a "no-love-making zone". As foreign couples were caught making love by a television crew who filmed their hot steamy action. The mayor said that he doesn't want this case to happen again especially to their tourist guests.
I guess it's better off that way to protect their privacy and respect the place. Philippines is a religious country, they shouldn't have done nasty things outside or they'll pay for what they're doing.
Any comments, similar discussions, or wild reactions? please feel free to fill up this page.. ^_^
Happy Mylotting everyone!

Well we can't really control the actions of foreigners here in our country. For one they came from a different culture and are accustomed otherwise. But I have to say that in places such as Boracay and of course, other tourist spots that place the Philippines in the worldwide market, it's important to set limitations to preserve the integrity of the place. Yes it's hard to avoid getting carried away especially in party places. But come on, there are rooms to go to and do those kinds of stuff.

Indeed... as if they acted like dogs who's always on the go when the feel like doing it. Even if they're not from our place, they should have acted like one of us.

Yes, i totally agree with you both on all that you just have said.
In addition, since they are not from our country and are just visitors, probably they should be decent enough to show respect to our culture.
