Any mothers out there that has or is breastfeeding?

I am a first time mom and decided to breastfeed. The first two weeks was the most difficult. Breastfeeding is being pushed by doctors but does not seem to be completely supported. Breastfeeding is difficult so I give props to those who have and are breastfeeding. I have a few questions for you mothers that breastfed or is currently breastfeeding. What are some difficulties you have found or having when it came to/comes to breastfeeding? Did/Do you feel supported outside of the home? Did you offer a bottle or pacifier at 2 weeks? If so, how did that go? If you just have one child but plan on having a second, would you breastfeed your second child? Why or why not? What advice would you give to another mother who is breastfeeding?
