I normally skip my breakfast. I have to catch with the time every morning. Some more I still single, I just do not have time to prepare my breakfast. I am working in a place where there is no canteen and whatever. But I make sure that I bring with a bottle of plain water to keep me strong until 10 am where I am able to cook my instant noodles. How about you?

I suppose your body had gotten use to not eating in the mornings. Maybe along with the plain water that you take with you in the morning you can get some breakfast bars as I find for me that breakfast is really important, as by the lunch hour I feel worn down with no energy.
Then only eating the instant noodles may not be enough since you did not have anything prior to that. I have to have at least cereal in the morning, not doing that makes me really edgy and irritated.

I heard that Breakfast is very important. But not the full crazy american meal.
The best is to eat a small thing only to "wake up" you Digestive System,
If you don't have time you can just eat a fruit, it doesn't need time to prepare and
it is very healthy.
Don't forget to stop running and enjoy life :)

They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day but I can't stomach (pardon the pun!!) anything more than a cup of tea unless I have been up at least a couple of hours. So I try to have a breakfast bar in my bag or something healthy, fruit, anything , if I have to work so I don't starve because by lunchtime I feel sick if I haven't eaten.
But if you are hungry at breakfast , there are loads of easy and quick things you can have in the morning if you are in a hurry. Cereal, croissants, fruit, breakfast bars, you dont have to cook something.
As for the instant noodles...I'm not sure thats classes as real food??LOL
