I had to listen music every day because music can release me from my tiredness. After return back from my office at least I had to listen twenty or thirty minutes music in my music system at time time when I take tea to become fresh. I like to listen old music which was sang by Kishore Kumar, Md. Rafi, Mukesh kumar, Lata Mnageskar, Manna Dey, Shyamal Mitra etc. Some music are melodious and create a space in our heart and we never forget this types of music in our life.

I have loved music all my life and I feel it is a type of therapy. I suffer from migraines and at times I can listen to music to relieve the pain of a migraine. I can revive myself from tiredness and also relax from a stressful day. I listen to all kinds of music from classical to rap. There is nothing closer to the beauty of nature than music to me.

Listening to music has become my favorite way of relaxation and getting rid of all the stresses that are bothering. My preferred music is classical music, Mozart, Chopin, Beethoven, Johan Strauss, Brahms, and so on. I keep a collection of CDs of classical music, and listen to them every evening after I get back home from work.

Music is like the universal cure for basic mental illnesses. For instance, whenever im feeling depressed or feeling anxiety, i just pop on my ipod and everything just becomes chill and mellows out and its all good.
