How do you get the spark back or the new factor if you will?

In the beginning of our relationship everything was new and passionate. We've been together I think it's four years we let our selves go I'm not as bad as him mind you. My excuse is I had a baby she's almost 10 months now, I'm back to the shape I was I don't dress the same as I did. He plays too much wow it's an addiction I mean we live together ,but he spends a lot of time of the net I know this so now I work from home. We sometimes watch T.V together ,but now I work I think 20 hours a week on top of having the little one home. He doesn't shave for me anymore or get all dulled up my excuse is I work like a lot and don't have a lot of time to shower and shave and work I put my hair up. Were beyond the phase of the winning dinning sometimes I miss that when he'd be all clean and shaved for me goes both ways if I got all dauled up my hours for work would go down the tubes Any advice on how to get the spark back maybe spending more time together would be good. I'm almost caught up with my work for this week I might be able to take a night off.
