Is Vipclix PTC legit

Dear friends .I am a member of vipclix PTC this is one of the low paying PTC .We have to spend much lot time inorder to earn 1$.What do you think is it legit or scam

2 month ago, that site still paying. but today, that site was turn to scam and most of IEN network i think. like vipclix, and IENbux..
