I am really bugged out when our teacher introduced to us some of the so-called secret organizations. One of which was the Anti-Christ organization known as Illuminati. I have heard different views and opinions that this so-called Illuminati organization do really exist. In fact, they are planning to minimize the whole population of the earth by any means for they have many connections like government agencies, music industry, and a whole lot connections. My question is that do you believe that they do really exist?

Yes, I know many exist. Most are for the good of their members, who receive mentoring to increase their wealth and well-being, and have no ideas of world domination or any of that rubbish. I know, because I learned this from an American millionaire via a book he wrote, which he shouldn't have sent me...their secrets are supposed to reside within the society. By the way, it didn't help me one little bit - it was a case of "You need plenty of money to make plenty more." The organisation you refer to "The Illuminati", is a group of people, as I understand it, who work the same way as all secret organisations. There could be other societies who have ulterior motives, but most of them have no intentions of ruling the world.

You read too much SF, but normally there are secret organizations (that really are secret) who perform secret operations, which nobody knows anything. Why? Because it is secret. All the best!

There are many secret organizations, the most famous being the Free Masons. The Catholic Church doesn't like the organization because it might take away their flock, therefore it's income. Christians burned the library at Alexandria about 2000 years ago to wipe out any facts that existed that disagree with Christianity. One example I heard about the Bible and it's origins was that Moses was a business man who moved his enterprise and family down a river that was forever jeopardizing them and the town they were in by frequent flooding. The rest of the town followed his lead. The story became folklore, eventually taking it to Biblical heights. Now this is logical to me. The most recent example I've heard about the Catholic Church and it Knights of Columbus is it was fashioned after the example of the Free Masons. It is meant to give their high paying male parishioners an alternative to joining the Free Masons, which is nondenominational. That is logical too! Great Discussion!

I believe. It's know how many secret societies were created in us universities. I think it's because no one gets somewhere alone so we have to unite with other people with the same interest to achieve a goal in a long term.
