A associate of mine told me that in his family, they have this some kind of tradition of planting a tree every time there will be an additional members to the family. I find it interesting and worthy. I decided to do it too in our family. We started it two years ago when a baby was born into the family. How about you, do you plan a tree?

I have never planted a tree nor have I any place to do so, I suppose if anyone had the capability it would be nice as it is certainly good for the environment.
Very interesting.. maybe we can instill other ways also. Thanks.

That is really interesting... if i have known about something like this earlier i might have done it for my family too.
Yes i plant trees, im one of those person that can easily grow plants. ive planted a few mango trees, papaya, philippine lemon, all of them not on my own property (i.e. we're renting house only, and we've moved from different places) and i do like planting.
Right now, i'm in a new place again, and i've only philippine lemon planted and caimito (this one we have to unroot, since its a huge tree and its not good for where our house, i have also planted malunggay. Whatever soil left in the front of our house, i have used them all and planted something.
I wish i have a land of my own so i can have a small farm.
