Problem with My Task

I just want to clarify things up here. I created some task for members to complete. It's having to sign-up and to make a positive comments about the job. I was shocked when I checked that my task where already expired since I just created it yesterday and the expiry dates are 1 month. I checked with the summary of my funds and I saw large amounts of my funds where pending. What does it mean? For example I spend $3.00 to one of my task which pays $.03 to the completed task. $ 2.91 of it were marked as pending. Instead of having 100 members to complete the job, I got only three completed task. Now I also found out the task already marked expired. What happened here? I just read their guidelines and no rules applies about this problem. Can you help me clarify with this issue?
