Drinking and Driving

I dont understand why people think they can get away with driving drunk and damaging another persons life..look at me I am now in a wheelchair..he shattered my dreams.

Sorry to hear about that. Some people don't think about the consequences behind things before doing them and driving drunk is one of them. I've always been a designated driver, because I care. It's sad to see and hear how careless some people can be. Noone should drive at all whether he/she has been drinking or is drunk.
