What is your favorite photo editing program?

i have been using Serif PhotoPlus SE Digital Photo Editing which is free to use. LEAD Technologies also offers the PRO version but you have to pay for its license. you talk about layers? yes they have it. others have suggested Photoshop. i do not use it because i have no money to pay for the license.

I don't get to edit photos too much anymore, but when I do, I like to do Photoshop. I think it is just easier. Currently I've been playing around with a new app I found called Color Effects. I like making a picture black and white and leaving one detail in color to make it stand out.

The best for me is Photoshop of course, but right now I use GIMP, which is quite good, if you're not professional graphic. You can edit your photos, make banner, layout, animation, it has layers though. I don't use any online program to edit my photos.

Photoshop, hands down. I've learned a lot from the software for the past three years of using it, and using other programs are now just confusing for me.
