Problems with sony ericsson z555i

i had bought a sony ericsson z555i phone two years back and in these two years it gave as many problems as anyone can only guess! The software fails every three months and so does the connector fails every 6 months. The cost of service is also very high and service quality is poor... Its as if they are making the customer to come back after a period of time... The key pad too is bugging. I have decided to switch over to nokia for my next moile. ;) Sony ericsson, you need to work hard if you want your customers to stay!
