cashout from mylot to alertpay, is this possible in this way?

friends I need help to cashout from mylot. Since paypal is the only payment processor, can I withdraw my money using a friend paypal email of mylot and then she will give me to my alertpay account with a fee for her if she want. Is this possible? Or is there any kind of exchanger?

Yes my friend, i think its possible.. better ask your friend first if its ok with him/her...
