Elebux admin?

Hi All, Recently I read somewhere that Elebux is launched by the same owner of Neobux. Is that true? Can we expect another legit paying PTC site then? We all know how neobux has managed to establish itself as a premier site in ptc world. The forum of elebux does show payment proofs and it looks like all are getting paid over there. I just hope I too will get paid soon.
