When my husband goes to work I often make lunch for him to take to work. Sometimes I don't know if he appreciates it or not but lately he's told me how he is happy that I do. In fact he had told me that some of his coworker's wife don't make them lunch so he shares some of his lunch. I didn't know what to say. He then told me that he has a friend whose wife never makes him lunch. He eats Cup O Noodles for lunch every break. He has one friend who goes into other people's lunches to see what they have left over so he can have. There is a cafe at his job but the food is expensive. I feel kind of happy that he shares his lunch because we always have food at home. In fact lately I have been making him a little extra to take to his friends if they don't have lunch. I know life is hard and I don't know everyone's situation but food is blessing from God. Do you make your husband a lunch to take to work? Are the husband's that are reading this appreciative of their wife for taking the time to make them lunch? Is money so tight that sometimes not having a lunch at work your only choice or do you have money to buy lunch everyday at work?

It is better to prepare lunch at jhome instead of buyng from conteen. It is important from health point of view and also will be helpful to keep your budget in control. The more important thing is the taste of love in the home made food that can not be found anywhere.
We should share the food with our coleagues and friends it will also give a good feeling and make the relations more strong among the people around us that will be helpful to make the society more strong.

I feel that eating is ok once in a while but honestly the food can become tiring. Sometimes like you say you just want something healthy. The ideal job would be working at a supermarket where you could actually buy your food fresh everyday if you had to...

I guess it's the little things you do that make such a big difference. He called me today saying he is eating his 3rd burrito already because they are good. If someone were to tell me that I'd be this wife that just wanted the best for her family in my twenty's I would have laughed. Back then working and going to school was my only concern. Xiaoanorincess caring for your family is making memories in the mind that will make them happy poeple growing up.

That is so sweet of you your husband is a lucky one , Well i don't have a husband yet but i used to make some food for my friends like if i go to office i will bring extra food so i can share it to my co workers the feelings of sharing something to the people around you is priceless like what they've said "It is better to give than to receive".

I used to work at this hospital and this older lady used to cook extra for everyone. At first I thought it was kind of wierd but then I realized she just loved to cook. She was a great cook in fact and just wanted people to taste her cooking. I think it's great when coworkers think about their friends at work. I love to try other people's cooking. Now that I am older I don't see it as strange but as a blessing.
