Whatever your country, I am sure many legal cases that remain unresolved until this day and not a few of the cases - case law that's keep leaves a big problem. Sometimes, not limited to the legal case which snapper, in a small case law is also not free from injustice and unfair decision. Many people say, justice have many relative definition. And may we also acknowledge that the true definition of fair and unfair is very relative, depending from which side we view it. If viewed from the side of the winner, the decision of the law is always fair, whereas on the contrary, from the losing side, the legal decision is not always fair. Friends, how do you think about justice, especially justice in the law?

The law never made a man a whit more just - Thoreau The law locks up the man or woman Who steals the goose from off the common, But leaves the greater villain loose Who steals the common from the goose. The law in equal majesty forbids both beggars and lords from sleeping under bridges! The law and justice are alien concepts, the poor cannot afford the cost of rich lawyers Lawyers are paid thugs, that use their knowledge of the law to oppress those to poor to afford to pay them all the best urban

Hi Advokatku, I think we cannot expect perfect justice from the law, since all the players in the justice system are imperfect persons with their own agendas. Some judges are foolish. Some are corrupt. Some are wise. Some are compassionate. The same for the law enforcement teams. I do think that there is justice in the world. It is just that we cannot see the whole picture or wait long enough to see justice done.

yes, you are right .. justice in this world, more or less influenced by personal interests of law enforcement agencies themselves.

as my grandpa once said" You pays your money and you takes your chances. and in legal justice this just might be true. Justice is portrayed as blindfolded and holding a scales. this in myu o pinion means that one person can be legally right and morally wrong too. take the process of my sons fight against our eviction. at the last moment his free legal aide lady decided to take a vacation leaving him to face the manager and the judge, and actually the judge told my son he wi shed to God he had nore authority in those cases but he was bound by the unforgiving laws of aparment ownsership blah blah blah. so another win for the overpriced under cared for apartment and apartment owners and his manager. No skin off their noses that I at 83 and my son smarting from being laid off were now made homeless. not sympathy in the rental laws, no emotions just upholding the miserable laws and demolishing people already down for the count. morality versus legality. true justice would have been for the manager to let the person out of work search for work get a job and let the person pay as little more on the rent each monthe to make up for the ,month that he could not pay for. but here in California no managers will give anyone a break and he law is on their side always.

Entire books and movies have been written about this. It is too deep of a subject to be written about here. Science alone has overturned justice time and time again, releasing people who have been imprisoned for years, being guilty of nothing. Cops are too anxious to pull people into the justice system. My husband has been followed by and pulled over by cops without ever getting a ticket. My son got pulled over and I almost went to court with him after being falsely accused of something my car was simply not able to do. It was thrown out at a hearing (dang). I was excited to produce scientific evidence my little engine couldn't accomplish what I was accused of. I on the other hand have been never followed by or pulled over by the cops in the 40 years I've been driving.

for me a just and righteous law is the law of god, human law is very relative. We see a lot of injustice arround us. How corruptor only get 1 year sentence, while a chicken thieves get prison sentences of 5 years.
