I think it all depends on how you are trying to quantify success. To be successful in a business in the long run sincerity and confidence are important. No one wants to work, participate, or purchase from a business that lacks integrity. That being said, there are many individuals that have become "successful", at least economically, without having either of these qualities. There are many scams out there that the creators have become greatly successful from. It is sad, but it is true, no matter where you go in life or what you try there are always people out there to scam others to create their own successes.

Yes of course!!!you should have confidence to able to achieve you've been aiming with all the purity,honest and sincerity. Trust yourself that you can able to face and fight for succeed.It's the essential key to have vision and determination.You'll can't just get want you want,you'll be experiencing a lot and very difficult trials and challenges.It's very hard to take the path going to success.You should be strong enough and never be fall despite of the debris.Trust God and yourself you'll be able to face it and fight for it.There may time you feel so helpless and very down but do not lose hope and faith.It's just a test in up to where is your belief and strong.This only proves you a stronger and a fighter and become a better person.If you have the aim to be success then strive hard and when your the top then the happiness is overflowing. The sweetest fruit is came from the bitterness of it.

I think confidence and sincerity are important but I think hard work and perseverence are most important. But, as I think about this more I believe all those qualities go together, or you could say, compliment each other. Let me explain. If you are sincere about wanting to be successful, in whatever area of life that may be, then you are honest about that success. You have a genuine desire to be successful. That genuine desire is that spark, that catalyst that sets your efforts toward success, in motion. Confidence means you believe that you can be successful. You may work toward that success because of your desire but if you don't have confidence that you will be successful then you may just give up or you may not even try to begin with. Hard work is also essential. We all know to some degree what hard work is. Not much to explain there. We know that our daily chores don't get done unless we work hard at it. And last but not least is perseverence. Perseverence is that determination that keeps us going when things go wrong. When the troubles of life sometimes knock us down in our pursuit of our goals perseverence is what allows us to get back up and keep going. Through hard work and perseverence our confidence and desires lead us to success.
