cooked eel anyone?

Have you ever tried to cook eels? well i have and it taste different but it taste good. I cook with coconut milk, ginger, garlic, coconut vinegar, lemon grass and spices but im not using curry

I haven't tried cooking eel but i have eaten different recipes of it in restaurants.
Eel, specially fried is one of the favorites of my child. My husband and i like it in anyway it is cooked, specially with all the ingredients you mentioned including the curry though. We like it spicy, with that finger red chili crushed with the coconut milk. YUMMY!
