have strong feeling for my best friend

I can't say that I have been in that exact situation but I can imagine it must be hard since you have been friends for a long time. Ok just break it down..why didn't you ever become more than friends? Can you honestly say that you would like to live with this person daily? Are there things that annoy you about this person? What does she have that makes you have strong feelings for her? I had a friend since 3rd grade and for the longest time I thought he was so nice. I thought he had all the qualities I liked but then I broke it down. He annoys me because he is a perfectionist, he acts wierd sometimes, I was only looking at the materialistic part of him but nothing that more. I run the opposite way when I start to feel anything towards someone outside our marriage. I don't want to put myself in a situation that can affect my marriage because you will run into people like that sometimes. I break it down and it helps.
