I see girls grow tons more inches after they hit their period.....I'm still confused about this growth thing. Man....I wish I hadn't started my period yet....is it true taht you wont grow any taller or get a growth spurt if u hit ur period?

That is not true. My daughter has continued to grow after getting her period!

No it's not true, girls continue growing until they are about eighteen no matter what age their period starts. So don't worry.

No that's not true. Most women get their periods around 12 years old, however they do not stop growing until they around 18. Men usually keep growing until they around 21 or so.

It's not true. I had my period when I was 12. I was probably 5'2" then. Now I am 5'6". I think I stopped growing when I was 16 because I grew wider. Seriously.
