Work Hard To Get Success.

any person in this world can become rich just by doing one thing that is HARD WORK,
if there is hard work then there is success and if there is no hard work then you are nothing.
doing any kind of work is the key to success, dont think that i will become rich soon just by doing simple work or doing gambling or stealing, a true worker who starts with a low and lees paid work will be succeeded and will become rich.
do any work truly and earn richly.

I agree! Work is the primary key to success! No easy money is going to flow to you without work!
However, in most Chinese believes, there is something called *Gui-Ren* which in direct translation, golden man. We believe that in some part of our life, Gui Ren will stumble upon in our life and grant us a chance to earn big bucks, and we have to work our way to that direction. Well this are just what most traditional Chinese interpret as. I guess it happened in most of our life, just that we don't realize it, or it is not really something important to take account of.

Yes, I think you are absolutely right. By working hard and being smart, you can indeed become successful, while being pessimistic and lazy will not get you anywhere.

A careerist has more chance to be rich if he/she is a lazy sycophant than a stackhanovist medal holder. Some promotions are given on merit and some for special abilities on a sofa...
Work is important, but many hard workers are poor : it is not the only key needed to success.
The most important thing to become rich is to jump at the chance when you saw it passing near you, to take smart decisions at the good moment.
Just my opinion.
