Maybe they had ghost writers who wrote the gospel account for them. Nevertheless, they have given an excellent and a accurate account and they all sound in agreement.

You are right. There are passages, which are not in agreement.

Well, first what do you mean by write? Do you mean physically write it down or do you mean originate it?
The epistle of James is believed to have been written by the brother of Jesus, James the Just.

At that time only a very few people were educated, and a University Education was completed at a grade 4 level. People thought the world was flat and the earth rotated around the sun once every day. The disciples were simple-minded, illiterate fishermen. The new testament was written several hundred years later, after the stories had been retold, generation after generation! Then the Church cut the parts that they didn't want known ( such as Reincarnation, which had been a part of the scriptures) Then the bible (what was left of it) was translated 271 times, by at least 271 University Grads who had a field-day with it! No wonder the Scriptures often contradict each other!
