Although it was a close and hard fought game, Michigan (my home team) lost to Ohio State. The score was 42-39, very close. The team's rankings remained the same, with Ohio State at 1 and Michigan at 2. There is a lot of talk about the two teams having a rematch for the championship. I don't watch much football, but what do you all think about the game's outcome? Will there be a rematch for the championship? For Michigan's sake I hope there is.

All I can say is that our time will come... lol, and we're still all hoping for the rematch here in Michigan. If there is one, then we'll surely take advantage of it.

It was a decent game, but Ohio State was in control for most of it.
I say no to the rematch. Michigan had their chance. There's way too many teams in division one and the schedule is way too short to merit rematches.
I think the winner of the USC - Notre Dame game will be the 2nd team in the title game. USC losing to Cal tonight would obviously complicate that, but if USC wins, I think that's what will happen.
Now, who do I think the 2nd best team in the country is? Michigan. But ahh, the beauty of the convoluted college football system...

I don't really know how the system works, but I know it's nothing like how other sports rankings are laid out. Hopefully USC doesn't win lol
