My aim is to gain followers as well views as I am planning to put ads later using the alternative.The adbrite.So far,I got 2 post and just made them like around 5 hours ago and now got 25 views according to the statistic.I already shared them using facebook,twitter,buzz and need to know more sites where I can share them.Any ideas? Experts in blog,Im calling out for help! lol

i see that you're using blogger. try to set "don't track my pageviews" so that the statistics tab won't include your own page view of your blog, that way you'll get the accurate statistics.
if you have accounts from article sites, use your website's url as a signature. that would be another way to get a back link. you can also use traffic exchangers to promote your site.
