how has facebook changed your life?

I am a private person. Well, I thought I am and O thought that's how I want it to be. There was friendster but it didn't make sense to me posting whatever until Facebook came and changed my world. Almost all of my friends, family and colleagues all are in facebook that it doesn't make sense that I am not. Life seems happier being connected. I no longer feel guilty for not calling home too often and just write on my mom's wall instead. Thanks Mark Zuckerberg and good job!A well deserved Person of the Year front cover in Time Magazine! How 'bout you? How had facebook changed your life?

I was surprised. I am a private person, but I joined Facebook last summer. I found out that even though my three sons are clueless, numskulls, they actually have integrity! I have a delicate relationship with an ex sister-in-law through facebook. She divorced my brother-in-law because he was abusive and it would be hard to explain to my hubby and in-laws.

Nor really. I cannot sit with more than 5 mts over there. If I want to talk to some one, I will use phone or e-mails. Opening the facebook page for 3-4 hrs every day to do what? It ism non productive and makes people lazy and addicted also.
The latest news what I heard is that facebook is going to shut down by March 15. The news is yet to be confirmed and I am not sure of the authenticity. I read it from a forwarded mail, today.
